This is an empty statement; however, he really should STEP DOWN.
It will ALL come out…HE KNEW and could have stopped it OR helped them.
He is THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF…he just said help could have been there between an hour or an hour/half. He SAT ON IT and DID NOTHING!!!
Why? He doesn’t care.

Clinton is a great deal more shrewd than Obama.
